MY ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?

Click the “Account” icon at the top of the page and select “Sign Up.” Enter your name, email, and a password. You’ll then receive a 6-digit OTP in your email — just enter it to verify your account, and you’re all set!

What if I forgot my password?

No worries. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send you an email to reset your password and get you back on track.

Can I update my email or shipping address?
Yes! Log in to your account, head to your profile settings, and update your details anytime.

Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data with third parties. Your privacy and security are top priority.

Can I have multiple accounts with one email ID?
Sorry, your email can only be used to create one account. It helps us keep your order history and details in one place.


Can I delete my existing account?
We're sorry to see you go! To request account deletion, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page, and we’ll help you out.


Is it mandatory to create an account before placing an order?
Yes — you’ll need to sign up with your email to place an order. It helps us give you better service, real-time updates, and an easy order tracking experience.

MY ORDERS

How do I place an order on Hazuku?
Simply browse our collections, select your favorite items, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

How do I use my wishlist?
Adding items to your wishlist is easy! Simply click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page. You can save your favorite T-shirts, T shirts for men, T shirts for women, and more for later. This way, you can quickly find and purchase your go-to styles whenever you’re ready.

How can I check if my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp notification with your order ID and details once your order is placed. Use the order ID to track your order status.

Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, you can't add items to an order once it's placed. But hey, you can always create a new order to grab those extra goodies.

How do I view my past orders?
Log in to your account and head to the “Order History” section. You’ll find all your past purchases, with real-time status updates and tracking info.

How can I change the shipping address of my order?
You can choose or add a different shipping address during checkout, before placing your order. Just enter the address you want on the delivery details page.

Note: Once an order is placed and processing begins, the shipping address cannot be changed for that order.
To manage addresses for future orders, go to your Profile section — there, you can add new addresses or edit saved ones at any time.


Can I cancel part of my order?
Partial cancellations aren’t possible right now. If you need to make changes, you can cancel the full order (if it hasn’t shipped yet) and place a new one with the correct items.


How can I get free shipping?
Easy — just choose any prepaid payment method at checkout (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.). We offer free shipping on all online payments!


Can I send different products to different addresses in one order?
Currently, one order = one shipping address. If you want to send items to different locations, you’ll need to place separate orders.


In case I’m not at the shipping address, can the order be redirected to someone else?
For your security, we don’t offer address redirection after an order is placed. If you're not available, our courier will make multiple delivery attempts.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

How long does it take to get my order?
We’re quick — most orders are processed within 24–48 hours since we manage our own production and inventory. Delivery time depends on your location:

Metro cities: 1–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
You'll receive tracking updates via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), there’s a ₹50 cash handling fee — this fee is non-refundable if you return your items.

What happens if I am not there to receive my order?
Our delivery partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If they still can’t reach you, or if your PIN code turns out to be non-serviceable, your order will be sent back to our warehouse.

To arrange a re-delivery, please contact us here (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 6 PM).

Can I choose a delivery date or time?
We don’t offer date/time slots yet, but we’re working on it! Once your order ships, you can coordinate with the courier using your tracking link.

Do you ship everywhere in India?
Absolutely! We deliver to every corner of India — metros, small towns, and even remote areas. No matter your pincode, if there’s a way to reach you, we’ll get your order there. We're on a mission to clothe all of India in style, one outfit at a time.

Do you ship products to international addresses?
Not yet, but soon our men clothing and women clothing collections will be available worldwide! Stay tuned for updates.

Can I change the shipping address after my order is shipped?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is dispatched, we can’t modify the delivery address. If the order fails to reach you, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we’ll reach out to arrange a re-delivery.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

How can I cancel my order?
Need to cancel? Send a WhatsApp message saying “Hi, cancel order” to [Your Number] before your order ships. You can also click “Talk to Agent” on our site to connect with us.

Can I cancel after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot stop the order. But no worries — you can always return it following our return policy.

If I’ve already paid for my order, how will I get my refund after cancellation?
If you’ve made an online payment, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) once the cancellation is confirmed. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

You can check your refund status anytime by logging into your account or contacting us via our Contact Us page.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Can I return or exchange my order?
Changed your mind, or the fit isn’t quite right? No worries at all! You can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery, and exchanges are free because we want you to love your look.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, just let us know with some photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement. There are a few simple terms to keep things smooth, but don’t worry—we’re here to help every step of the way!


How do I start a return or exchange?
Follow these simple steps within 7 days of delivery:


1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the Return/Exchange tab.

3. Select the order you want to return or exchange.

4. Choose the reason and proceed.

5. Confirm or edit your pickup and shipping details.

What about refunds?
For prepaid orders: Refunds go directly back to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are transferred to your bank or UPI account. You’ll need to provide your bank details. (Note: The COD fee is non-refundable.)

Can I exchange for something more expensive?
Absolutely! If you’d like to exchange your item for something pricier, you can easily pay the difference during the exchange process. We’ll guide you through it — simple and hassle-free.

What if my product is defective or damaged?
Sometimes things go wrong in transit, and we totally get how frustrating that can be. While we work hard to ensure every product is checked and packed with care, if something arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry. Just send us a few clear photos or a short video through our Contact Us page, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement as quickly as possible. We’ve got your back!

WASHCARE INSTRUCTIONS

How should I wash my Hazuku clothes?
Most of our clothing is easy to care for! As a trusted clothing brand, we design our pieces for everyday wear and easy maintenance. Just follow these golden rules:

Machine wash cold (30°C) with like colors

Use mild detergent

Avoid bleach

Tumble dry low or hang dry

Iron on low heat if needed (but most items don’t need it!)

For specific items, do check the care label stitched inside the garment.

Can I iron Hazuku apparel?
Yes, you can. We recommend using a low-heat setting while ironing. Be sure to avoid ironing directly over prints, embroidery, or embellishments — flip the garment inside out or place a cloth over it to protect the design.

Are your clothes pre-shrunk?
We pre-wash many of our fabrics to reduce shrinkage, but like all cotton-rich garments, a small amount of natural shrinkage may still occur after the first wash — nothing drastic, we promise!

Can I dry clean Hazuku clothing?
You can, but it’s not necessary. All our pieces are made for everyday ease — machine washing is totally fine unless the label says otherwise.
