7. Shipping And Delivery

Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are usually between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your pin code and courier efficiency. Metro cities often receive orders quicker, while remote locations may take a bit longer. Weekends and public holidays aren't counted as business days.

Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, our team kicks into gear. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. You'll get a tracking link once your order is shipped, so you can follow your Hazuku heat on its journey.

Delays and Exceptions: We do our best to meet delivery expectations, but sometimes life throws a curveball. Delays might occur due to:
