Return and Exchange Policy

What is your Return/ Exchange Policy?

  • Customers can exchange/return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
  • Exchange is only applicable for size change.
  • Once the order gets delivered, you can place a refund/return request by clicking on the "Create return/exchange" link on the website. Alternatively, you can contact us at 7743006540 or email us at support@pronk.in.

At PRONK, we want to ensure a smooth exchange process for you.

As we rely on trusted delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. for exchange, our delivery partners charge us for both the reverse pickup from your location and the additional delivery charges for sending the new product back to you.

To streamline this process and make it convenient for you, we are not charging anything from the customers. Our team will initiate the reverse pickup and send you the new product promptly.

  • In case of a return, once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back in the form of Store Credits / Original Payment method.
  • Refund of shipping and COD charges is not applicable.
  • Refund of COD orders will be done in the form of Store Credits only, which customers can use to purchase any product from Pronk.in.
  • If you have to return or exchange anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.

  • Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
  • Additional charges like gift wrapping, COD charges, and extra shipping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Replacements will not be gift wrapped.
  • To maintain strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on boxers, special edition t-shirts, vests, tank tops, and boxers. We may refuse returns if the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We don't deduct any amount for cancellation if the product hasn't been shipped, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
