At Hazuku, we want you to love every look you try. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Hazuku purchase, our refund policy ensures a smooth and stress-free return or exchange process. You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want your experience with Hazuku to be as smooth and stylish as our Men clothing drops. That’s why our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.
For Prepaid Orders:
If you've paid in advance—whether through UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking—we’ll process your refund using the same payment method you used during checkout.
UPI Payments: Your refund will be credited directly to the same UPI ID you used for your purchase. There’s no need to provide any additional details unless there’s an issue with the refund.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: The refund will reflect in your linked bank account. Depending on your bank, this process may take 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
If you opted for COD, we’ll issue your refund via bank transfer or to your UPI account. While requesting a return, you’ll need to share your UPI ID or bank details so we can initiate the process. Kindly note that any COD handling charges applied during the original transaction are non-refundable.

Want To Exchange Instead?
We totally get it—sometimes the size doesn’t vibe, the color doesn’t click, or you’ve just changed your mind. That’s why we’ve made our exchange process smooth, flexible, and customer-friendly.
If you’d like to exchange a product, simply initiate an exchange request through our support team or return portal. You’ll be able to select the new item you’d like in place of the original one, whether it’s a different size, color, or even a completely different design from our Men clothing collection.
Here’s how it works:
If the new item costs more: You’ll be prompted to pay the difference securely at checkout. We’ll guide you through the steps to make the additional payment hassle-free.
If the new item costs less: No worries—we won’t let the difference go to waste. Instead of a refund, you’ll receive a digital gift card or store credit equal to the remaining balance, which you can use on your next order.
The item you return must be in unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags attached. Once we receive and verify the item, we’ll proceed with shipping your new choice right away.
How To Return Or Exchange Your Order
Returning or exchanging your order with Hazuku is quick, easy, and hassle-free. Whether you’ve received the wrong size, a different color than expected, or simply changed your mind, we’re here to make things right.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
- Visit the Hazuku Website: Go to www.hazuku.com using your preferred device and browser.
- Log In to Your Account: Use your registered email ID or phone number to log into your account.
- Navigate to the ‘Return/Exchange’ Tab: This section will show your recent orders. Find the order you want to return or exchange.
- Select the Item: Choose the specific item you wish to return or exchange from the order list.
- Choose a Reason: Select the reason for your return or exchange—whether it’s size, color, fit, defect, or anything else.
- Click ‘Proceed’: Once your reason is selected, move to the next step.
- Review Pickup or Shipping Information: Ensure your address and contact details are up-to-date. You can modify them if needed.
After submission, our support team will handle the rest, right from scheduling the pickup to ensuring a swift resolution.

- Return/Exchange Policy is valid for orders within India only.
- We may request product images to approve return or exchange requests.
- In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect quantities, please share an unboxing video.
Received a Damaged Product?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp and share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof. Once verified, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us.
